Our company is dedicated to providing your club the best reclamation service possible in a very timely manner while not disturbing daily club operations. We have the option of stockpiling the screened product off the shot fall zone for our secondary processing unit so you do not have to close traps or target stations.
We use a heavy commercial aggregate screen plant to quickly and effectively process the ore material. We screen off the oversize and the undersize or fines. This makes our operation much cleaner and faster because we do not blow the fines away.
Be wary of others' machinery as many only recover a percentage of the lead harvested. At a large range operation we have seen this percentage add up to a very large sum, lead that should have been recycled.
There can be many logistics involved in mining clubs and you need to have the proper equipment to do the job; do not settle for inefficient equipment and get dirty reclaimed lead.
A southern Colorado Trap and Skeet Club recently received approximately a 25,000 dollar check and 4 barrels of our lead after our mining operation. The lead will stay at the club and be resold bringing added revenue and business to the club.
This year when lead prices were high we paid a Washington State club over $50,000 for their share of the split.
Many shooters have told us that we have the cleanest product ever seen straight out of our process equipment, which we feel is very important and lead recyclers pay more for our product due to its quality.
